When international restaurateur Costas Spiliadis decided to bring his fine dining fish offering to London, he contacted Hallmark following a recommendation from Gareth Sefton of SHW Consultants. With established restaurants in Athens, Las Vegas, Miami, Montreal, and New York, Costas knew exactly what he wanted but needed the professional assistance of a UK specialist to design, develop, and install his vision. With bespoke marble-clad counters, a wood-burning oven representing the body of a windmill, and a triple-tier lobster tank, Hallmark delivered the project in conjunction with WFC Contractors.
