The entire company was extremely pleased to discover that not just one, but two members of our team made the Catering Insight 2017 annual power list. Project Manager Matt Jennings was categorized in the ‘Young Trailblazers’ chapter where the article highlights what a great job Matt continues to do for Hallmark, working on large-scale projects for the likes of Hilton, Tate Britain, Royal Sun Alliance, Coca-Cola, and Poker Stars, to name a few.
The article goes on to state that Matt is well known for his contract and site management expertise. His project résumé reads like a who’s who of major clients. Matt’s achievements are all the more impressive considering he was originally on a different career path, completing a BA in Film, Cinema, and Video Studies at the University of Kent.
Project Director Andrew Arnold also made the 2017 power list in the “Project Pioneers” category, which was absolutely deserved. Andrew works around the clock on huge projects to deliver smooth, organized, and planned installations for all clients. Working closely with design consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and end users, Andrew uses his experience, industry knowledge, and project management skills to deliver stunning catering facilities time and time again.
The Catering Insight power list details Andrew’s role in the Four Seasons Hotel at Trinity Square project, where Hallmark supplied and installed five kitchen areas spread across three floors: a staff restaurant, full laundry facility, local and centralized plate/pot wash rooms, refuse/bin wash, three bespoke front-of-house bars, and two standalone support pantry facilities.
Managing Director Kevin Jennings commented: “We’re extremely proud of both Matt and Andrew on this great achievement. The industry has voted, and it’s great that the guys have been recognized for the hard work and effort they apply in their roles every single day. Well done to both of you, from all of your colleagues at Hallmark Kitchens.”
