We will listen carefully to your needs and prepare a Catering Brief against which a refurbishment plan will be developed.
We have established strong relationships with leading manufacturers of commercial catering equipment from around the globe, allowing us to provide you with an industry-wide choice of products selected to meet your project’s specific needs, budget, and operational requirements.
Hallmark also provides an experienced in-house project manager from the outset to ensure your kitchen installation is completed on time and within budget, with minimal fuss. They will oversee your refurbishment, ensuring that the equipment is delivered, installed, and commissioned as planned by carefully coordinating with your building contractor and our installation engineers.
In addition to preliminary design drawings, we produce detailed service drawings and builder’s work requirements. Our project manager will present a programme of works so that we can agree on the installation schedule and, where appropriate, coordinate with other trades.
After installation by Hallmark, the equipment is thoroughly tested and commissioned by our engineers before handover. A comprehensive training and demonstration programme is then implemented by our project manager in conjunction with the manufacturer’s representatives.
