Hallmark Kitchens Ltd are expanding their service and maintenance division after a steady rise of reactive service work and planned preventative maintenance contracts.
As an established kitchen design and supply house, Hallmark has always been in a position via their service division to offer support and maintenance services, but more recently, they have seen an increase in demand for both PPMs and reactive service work. This has led to them expanding their team by taking on new service engineers.
Chris Douglas, Contracts Director at Hallmark Kitchens, said: “We are very pleased with the organic growth of our service division in its ability to not only support our kitchen business but also to generate its own incremental business in servicing and repairs of commercial catering equipment. This has ultimately led to our decision to expand. Our fully trained engineers aim to ensure a high first-fix completion rate, protect the investment in equipment by delivering complete PPM contracts, and lower energy costs and carbon consumption.”
