Working closely with Area2 and the Good Eating Company, Gilead’s contract caterers, Hallmark assisted with the space planning and design development of their new catering facility. The brief was to create an open-plan kitchen where the staff could see their food being prepared by the chef, freshly served as it was cooked. In addition, a separate coffee bar was provided along with hospitality services for the daily demands of the numerous meeting rooms.
