The provision of new catering facilities at the London HQ of Telecom Plus was part of a major refurbishment project undertaken by the fit-out specialists Area2. Working closely with Baxter Storey, the Client’s contract caterers, Hallmark supplied and installed a new kitchen and servery design developed from the catering brief. In a challenging building structurally, the planning of infrastructure services had to be carefully considered to suit the catering equipment in both the kitchen itself and the food court concept that was adopted for the servery.
